Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Nairobi
Our client, an Insurance company is seeking a dynamic and self driven individual to join its sales team.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will ensure development and implementation of sales plans with the aim of generating business from new clients and existing customers.
He/she will also ensure client accounts are managed well with excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure customer satisfaction, prospecting and visiting clients
Make sales according to set targets and daily and timely reports with proper planning
Following up timely delivery and payments of goods and Plan weekly sales and monthly budgets
Produce daily and specific management reports and service the company existing portfolio
Ensure enforcement and monitoring of price adjustments and strategies
Liaise with planning and production personnel to generate production schedule and ensure the process of delivering quality customer service is complete
Develop existing marketing services to ensure awareness of company products within the target market.
Abilities, Skills and Qualifications
Must have selling skills and good interpersonal skill
Should be able to work well within a team, have good communication skills and be keen on detail
Should be flexible in terms of ideas, concepts and working hour
Educational Qualifications
Business related first degree or a higher diploma
Sales and Marketing diploma
Required Experience
Should have at least one year experience in sales & marketing
