We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client a A leading Pharmaceutical company dealing with manufacturing and distribution of human and veterinary products is looking for a highly qualified Veterinary Sales Representative to cover several regions in Kenya.
Veterinary Sales Rep Roles and responsibilities:
Detailing of veterinary products to providers with the aim of expanding customer base
Regularly calls on veterinary offices and institutions within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
Ensure veterinary products availability in all targeted outlets in the assigned territory
Achieve sales volume objectives as per sales targets set and agreed, on a Monthly, Quarterly, Annual basis
Gather own and competitor market intelligence
Implement sales /marketing plans and strategies
Organized meetings with clients and manage their accounts and the delivery of their orders
Build value based and strategic “win-win” relationships with customers Maintaining and further develops established accounts, and develops new accounts to increase market penetration
Organizing and conducting value-adding CME’s and round table discussions with providers
Responsible for maintaining and growing existing product brand base
Promotes and perform demonstration in the market of new products launch
Planning and arranging appointments with agro vets and providers which may be pre-arranged appointment or regular cold calling
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and maintaining detailed records
Preferred Qualification for Sales Rep Jobs in Kenya
Four to Five year experience in sales of veterinary products
Preferable a degree in veterinary, However other graduate with experience will be considered
Less than 40 years
Have good communication, analytical, problem solving and team player.
Computer skills
Ability to analyze financial information
Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
