Position: Head of Online Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute Online Marketing Strategy for the Business
- Manage social media pages for the business (Facebook, twitter, YouTube and Instagram)
- Responsible for managing brand visibility and loyalty online
- Provide superior customer service to online visitors
- Collect and analyze online customer feedback and ensure enquiries are responded to on time
- Manage team members to ensure development of high quality and creative articles and photos for use in social media platforms (Facebook, twitter, YouTube and Instagram), website, blog and newsletter
- Generate quality online traffic for the website, blog, social media platforms (Facebook, twitter, YouTube and Instagram) and generate sales
- Ensure we achieve high rankings on major search engines like google, yahoo and bing.
- Will be in charge of our ecommerce platform (website, mobile app) and blog
- Present progress reports to the management weekly
- Responsible for the P&L (profit & loss) ratios for their division
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or ICT related field
- 3 years’ work experience in related field
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of google analytics and Facebook analytics
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of search engine marketing and search engine optimization
- Expert in managing brand visibility and loyalty online
- Expert in generating quality online traffic
- Knowledge of how ecommerce works with excellent ability to generate online sales
