Job Summary: We are looking for young talented, creative and innovative Marketing Executive to join our exciting team in marketing our Service Division which deals with routine maintenance and mechanical repairs for all models of vehicles. 

 

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing a Marketing Plan and come up with new strategies to fill in the performance gaps in the department.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for growing existing business


• Source for new clients


• Managing existing client relationships


• Introducing new products in the market


• Plan business strategy and Generate business from all prospects


• Ensure submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales & Marketing action plans


• Formulating a sound marketing plan with clear targets to Service Division


• Ensure Implementation of the marketing plan as laid down by the marketing department


• Conduct Market analysis and analyze the market trend


• Handling customer complains


• Submit reports regarding marketing activities and client feedback/complaints to the Marketing Manager


• Handling customer complains


• Update and keep a record of all client’s details


• Maintaining good relationships with both clients and the staff.

Professional Skills and experience

• Must have worked in a sales and marketing capacity


• A bachelor"s Degree in business related field will be an added advantage


• A diploma in a business-related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing  specifically dealing with corporate clients


• Proven track record of handling sales teams.


• Demonstrate a track record of performance in similar capacity


• Enthusiastic approach with customers Confident on phone & in person.


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work under minimal supervision and customer centered person
