Principal – The Nairobi Women’s Hospital College

 

1 Position

Reporting to the Board, this position is responsible for providing vision, planning and strategic leadership in the development and growth of The Nairobi Women’s Hospital College business in order to meet requirements for sustainability and supply of quality human resources. 

The Principal will ensure maximization of operational efficiencies to provide the highest possible standards of excellence in education and compliance to the required regulatory requirements.
 

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized University, with active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; and active application of Information Systems and Health Care Management. 

The position demands a minimum 3 years’ experience in college management. 

Possession of a Master’s degree in Business Administration / Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent will be a definite advantage. 

The successful candidate must have a liking for and understanding of young people and should be firm.
