Our client a manufacturer and distributer of quality PVC Cables and Super Enameled Copper Winding Wire, is seeking to recruit an Industrial Electrician

 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle electrical maintenance, repair, troubleshoot, fix PLC and Electrical / Electronic controllers


• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices


• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools


• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment


• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.


• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.


• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.


• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering


• Qualified Industrial Electrician with at least 4 years’ experience in a factory


• Self-driven personality with the ability to work with minimal supervision
