Our client, Trattoria Restaurant is seeking to hire Waiters.

Industry: Hospitality - 5 Star

Duty Station: Nairobi

Start Date: Immediately

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Key Job Requirements

• Able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff


• Hands-on experience in setting tables and placing decorations


• Familiar with different kinds of food and beverages


• Able to communicate with kitchen staff, provide orders to customers, collect cash, and maintain proper accountability for orders and fund


• Familiar with point of sale system and cash registers


• Effective team-player with high attention to detail


• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays


• Exceptionally professional demeanour and very respectful attitude


• Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards


• Well versed with hospitality terminology

Job Skills / Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the same industry


• Degree/Diploma in business related courses


• Demonstrate positive attitude at all time


• Able to communicate well in English


• Always neat and presentable


• Familiar with food safety handling procedures


• Able to stand for long hours
