Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location: Nairobi
Nature of job: Full time

Salary: 60K - 70K
Summary: Our client, a prestigious pay TV Company based in Nairobi seeks to recruit 4 sales and marketing officers who are enthusiastic, competent and result-oriented.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Organizing events and product exhibitions and monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media
- Analyzing questionnaires, writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
- Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
- Assisting with promotional activities
- Research and analyzing market conditions and opportunities.
- Mapping potential customers and competitors for the product.
- Promoting initial follow ups for sales prospects of the product.
- Co-ordinating with the marketing, sales, technical and administrative departments.
- Good handling and preparation of sales status reports in MS-Office Word, Excel etc.
- Conducting and coordinating marketing employee meetings and conferences.
- Developing procedures for up grading, research and analysis, target advertising etc.
- Developing pricing structure and the various payment options.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma and 1-2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
- Experience or interest in Media, Internet, publishing, software sales and marketing
- Ability to solve problems creatively and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing in a pay TV company
- Confident
- Commercial awareness
- Good team working skills and Communication skills
