Position: Commercial Property Officer
 

Location: Nairobi
 

Salary: 35,000/-

Summary: An Auto parts company Located in Mombasa rd, specializing in the sale of genuine heavy commercial Auto Parts, is looking for a dynamic individual, well qualified and motivated to fill the following vacant Position.
 

Responsibilities

• Drawing tenancy agreements on behalf of the owner,


• Mange renewal of all leases in a timely manner.


• Acts on behalf of the owner in the day to day management of the property.


• Ensure the company receives full payment from the tenants.


• Overseeing all tenancy negotiations,


• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvement


• Proven track record of sourcing and securing new business


• Maintains data base for both residential and commercial Property


• Investigate and resolve complaints from residents ,tenants


• Update owner on status of property.


• Ensure Continuous supply of utilities such as electricity and water.  


• Ensure Security is always at a maximum level, with any shortcomings rectified immediately

Job Requirements

• A degree in business/real estate management or related fields


• 3-5  years’ experience in property management


• Knowledge of  Real Estate industry


• Well groomed with excellent presentation skills Self motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision


• Good Negotiation skills


• High integrity& collaborative.


• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.


• Ability to budget and manage payments


• Good mathematics & deductive reasoning skills.
