The CARE ECSA Regional Office is responsible for the oversight of CARE’s operations in the region as well as the provision of support to Country Offices. 





We work with 12 Country Offices in the region. 





We are seeking competent, innovative, self-driven and passionate individual to fill the Regional Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Director Position based in Nairobi who will be flexible and able to moderately travel to Country offices in the East, Central and Southern Africa region.




 

Reporting to the ECSA Regional Director, the Regional Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Director will be responsible for leading and implementing a strategic, results oriented and coordinated approach to the mobilization of significant additional engagements, collaborations and resources from non-traditional sources. 





He/she will play a key role in development, finalization and implementation of ECSA Resource Mobilization Strategy and action plan which will support the implementation of CARE ECSA Regional Roadmap.
 


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Development or a similar field.





S/he will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role.



Previous international work experience and working with multilateral donors will be an added advantage.
