Acquiring Relationship Manager - Coast Region

The Role

The successful candidate will be overseeing recruitment of quality merchants and pushing for maximum transactions from those merchants.

Candidate’s Qualifications, Knowledge and experience

A first degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting or any other related Field;Must have at least 3 years experience in bankingExperience in Card business will be an added advantageEffective writing and presentation skills in English;Good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCoordinate recruitment of profitable merchantsPush for merchant transactionsConduct merchant trainings for best card acceptance practicesManage merchant relationships and ensure merchant complaints are sorted within set SLA’sSupervisor acquiring officersExcellent interpersonal selling and networking skillsAble to work independently, with minimum supervision and demonstrate a good level of maturityStrong Leadership skillsTeam playerGood planning and organization skillsGood working knowledge of MS office suiteAbility to work under pressure and within set deadlinesAbility to work with minimum supervisionIf you meet the above criteria, please submit your application with detailed Curriculum Vitae, copies of the relevant certificates, testimonials stating your current pay, e-mail address and daytime telephone contact by 25th April 2011.
