Overall Position Description:

Grow our presence in Eastern Africa by growing sales with selected distributorsEvaluate existing distributors and make further distributor appointmentsEstablish dealer networks with appointed distributorsEvaluate B2B salesDefine how to go to market as well as how to market full product range (demand flow / supply and marketing communication)Responsibility for sales and GP in East AfricaDegree in Business / Marketing or equivalent+5 years experience in branded consumer goods sales, service and marketingProven record of development, management and execution of sales and marketing strategies and activities within a consumer goods sales environmentA team player, customer focused, accurate and target drivenFluent in English. The ability to speak French and Portuguese will be an advantageWillingness to travel extensivelyA technical aptitude is a key requisiteEntrepreneurial mindset and open to different cultures and their different behaviorsDoes this describe you?
