It produces cuttings of bedding plants and pelargonium for professional growers in Europe.
Florensis is looking for qualified candidates for the following position:
Technical Supervisor
Qualifications:
Diploma in any technical field from a recognised institution3 years working experience in a similar position in a medium to large companyExperience in electrics, welding, masonry, carpentry, plumbing and/or mechanicsExperience in managing staffStrong oral communication skills and ability to organize and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and KiswahiliComputer literateOrganise and supervise all aspects of maintenance of the farm, assets and equipmentMake a yearly maintenance plan and ensure executionReport on the status of maintenance to the managementCoach, supervise and motivate Team Leaders and skilled maintenance staffWork with other company staff to ensure adequate maintenanceEnsure maintenance staff works according to Company rules and regulationsEnsure a well performing and co-operating maintenance teamApplications should reach Florensis no later than 30 November 2011, and should include: detailed CV, copies of certificates and names of referees.
