FOSA Manager
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will be in charge of the management of all FOSA Operations and implementing FOSA business strategies for growth and sustainability while meeting customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive and cost effective security strategies, policies, systems and processes to protect the Sacco’s assets, information and employees.
Key Responsibilities
KCSE C+Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from a recognized university.Must have been in disciplined forces having attained at least the rank of an Inspector of Police or equivalentICT security related security certification will be an added advantage.Additional training and/or certification in security management, fraud investigations, or other related field will be an added advantageA proven track record in fraud investigations.At least 5 years’ security management experience in a reputable organizationBe of unquestionable integrity and have excellent analytical and report writing skills.Strong oral communication skills and ability to multitask organize and meet deadlines.Must be a team player.Branch Manager (Based in Mombasa)
