You will be in charge of management the company’s sales: from waste collection services to various waste-to-value products development, sales and marketing.
As part of the management team, you will take up significant responsibility in a fast-growing company.Key Responsibilities
Put in place sales strategies that are aligned to overall organizational plans and strategies.Lead the development and implementation of the annual sales plansTake overall responsibility for the urban retail, recycling, and agricultural marketsAccomplishes sales objectives by liaising with relevant internal teams such as collection, processing and product development to plan, develop, implement and evaluating sales action plans.Build and maintaining effective and fruitful relationships/rapport with clients which will include making periodic visits, carrying out negotiations etc. Prepare monthly reports on sales activities to highlight both latent opportunities and challenges.
