Key Responsibilities:
Handling day to day management of projects assigned to you Generate a project work plan for each job from brief to conclusionGenerate a production brief, review with and circulate to all involved in the project Recruiting, training and mentoring project staffScheduling, compiling, monitoring and control route listsAssist with budget development for projectsCash management, including weekly reconciliations monitor, control and issue stock and POS materialEnsure a dry run or rehearsal for all events and projects to guarantee minimum standard of pre-production and of shows / Events in accordance with client briefsSetting up and running of events and projects with diligence Conducting client field visitsBuilding and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stake holders.Maintaining in good order vehicle fleet, stages, equipment within projectEnsure all projects run in accordance with client briefs and to the highest standardsConstant liaison with client service regarding information and all operational issues.Accountable and responsible for control of operations budgetCompiling reports in a timely mannerUniversity degreeMore than 3 years’ experience in project and/or marketing managementDemonstrated leadership managing peopleExperience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrategic, operational and technical marketing and management skillsRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to elicit co-operation from senior management and other departmentsAbility to work independently and under pressureInterested candidates who meet the above criteria should submit their online application on or before 15th May 2014 at http://goo.gl/T8sryHCVs WITHOUT salary requirements will NOT be considered
