Position: Telesales Executives (With ability to speak with an American Accent)
Location: Nairobi
Nature of Job: Full time
No. of Vacancies: 10
Salary: 30,000/-
Job Summary: To maximise the effectiveness of the Company’s outbound sales by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals.
To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.Duties
Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads
Telesale- reaching potential clients and marketing effectively
Explain the products to clients via telephone
Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are not already on the database
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
Key Requirements and Skills
Ability to speak in American Accent- ‘weng’
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Selling skills and good networking skills
Ambitious, self-motivated and an ability to create rapport with customers
Good networking skills
Past work experience in Sales and Marketing
