As a market leader in Professional Seminars, Workshops and consultancies in Finance and risk management among other fields, we have a vacancy for an honest, reliable, experienced, and goal driven Business Development Manager.
S/He is expected to manage this position under minimum supervision.

Business development through Ideas and implementation
Relationship management with clients
Telemarketing and team leadership and synergy
Selling of courses, seminars and workshops
Source, build and develop prospects so as to achieve sales growth and income.
Pitching and follow-ups on potential clients
Qualifications and Skills for Business Development Jobs in Kenya
Degree in a Business Management or related course
3 to 5 years experience in sales with an added advantage if it is from a training consultancy firm either Local or International.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken(telemarketing)
Customer and Events management skills required.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Good networking skills, eloquent and focused
Willing to work on a fixed package and competitive commission
