Our client, a well established ICT Company is looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to provide technical and management support for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day to day activities to provide technical solutions.
- Play an oversight role to ensure pre-installation procedures are followed.
- Ensure set timelines for technical services are met.
- Ensure reported faults and service requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Liaise with the projects manager on management of the customer lifecycle.
- Provide input into budget preparation process for technical services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT/ telecommunication engineering or related discipline.
- Must have 5 years experience project management.
- Must have a CCNA certificate.
- Must have a certificate in MS Project.
- Certificate in design – Visio or AutoCAD.
- Technically knowledgeable and demonstrate the ability to manage a team.
Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience and qualifications
