University of Nairobi is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the following positions

1.Administrative Assistant Grade CD (19 posts)
Applicants re required to have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (lower 2nd class Hons.). Applicants with a minimum of 5 years experience in any of the Extra Mural Centers in an institution of higher learning will be an added advantage.

2.Records Clerk Grade AB (8 posts)
Interested applicants should have a minimum of a KCSE D, with credits in Mathematics, English, or an equivalent. Applicants with a minimum of 5 years experience in any of the Extra Mural Centers in an institution of higher learning will be an added advantage.

3.Data Entry Clerk Grade IV- (1 post)
Interested applicants should have a minimum of a KCSE C, with credits in Mathematics, English, or an equivalent. A certificate in IT/ computer, matched with a 5 years experience is required.

4.Records Clerk Grade IV-(2 posts)
Candidates should have a minimum of KCSE C with credits in Mathematics and English. They must also have a relevant working experience of 3 years as a Clerk Grade III.

5.Storeman Grade III-(1 post)
This position requires someone with a minimum of KCSE C. A minimum of C in Mathematics and English. The candidate is also required to possess a Certificate in Supplies Management with a relevant 3 year working experience as a Grade II storeman.

6.Library Assistant Grade ABC (10 posts)
Applicants must have a minimum of KCSE C+, a diploma in Library and Information Science, plus a relevant 3 years working experience.

7.Audit Assistant Grade AB-(5 posts)
Candidates are required to have a 1st Degree in Audit or a relevant area, CPA II, and relevant 2 years experience in auditing or accounts.
8. Driver Grade III, School of Business, MOMBASA CAMPUS, (1 post)
Applicants should have a minimum of a KCSE education, valid driving license classes ABCE and PSV. 3 years relevant working experience, and passed in the Occupational Grade III test.
