Beauty Consultant Job in Kenya

Our client is a distributor and retailer of one of the world’s leading luxury beauty and skin care brand. 

They are quickly expanding in Kenya as well as making inroads to other markets. 

They offer customers a quality product at a fair price, while having an enjoyable customer experience. 

They are currently seeking to recruit a Beauty Consultant to be part of their versatile team.
 

Responsibilities

• Greeting potential customers when they walk into the stores


• Build business relationships with frequent and loyal customers and reach out to them when new products are stocked.


• Monitor the stock levels and keep the product displays neat and orderly.


• Introduce to the customers the new products by offering them samples, giving demonstrations of their use and explaining their benefits


• Help customers to apply the cosmetics and explain how they can use them to get the best results.


• Meeting the sales targets set by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Beauty therapy or related course


• Charismatic individual with an outgoing personality


• Neat personal appearance


• Must have a genuine interest or passion for the beauty industry.


• Previous experience in cosmetics/ sales is an added advantage.
