Business Analyst (Legal) Job in Kenya

Our client is one of the largest corporate and commercial law firms in Kenya. 

They provide legal advice and transaction services to a wide range of international and local clients.
 

They are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst (Legal)
 

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and management of CRM system. They will act as the custodian of client contact information on the CRM system.


• Perform statistical analysis of legal matters and fees as per the information stored on the CRM system


• Perform data and content entry for the Firm’s marketing systems. 


• Process updates from internal and external sources.


• Perform regular data and content maintenance for the Firm’s marketing systems. 


• Conduct audits and run searches/ reports to ensure the validity and timeliness of information.


• Evaluate potential business and competitive intelligence resources the firm might consider acquiring.

Ideal Candidate

• University degree


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services industry.


• Advanced skills with Microsoft excel and high level of proficiency in IT


• Experience with data systems.


• Good data analytics skills.


• Strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
