- One who can work under pressure and can multi task
- At least Diploma in IT or IMIS because she will be dealing with IT related issues.
- A lady preferred
Duties and Responsibilities are as stipulated below.
Your primary responsibilities will be:-
- Respond to client’s requests for assistance
- Interact with clients seeking to find out how they are doing, if their issues have already been resolved etc
- Follow Helpdesk procedure
- Log all Helpdesk interactions with clients
- Administer Helpdesk software
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Identify and Escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Prepare activity reports
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Communicate and coordinate with Internal departments
- Administrative responsibilities.
Receptionist
Salary: 40k
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives phones communication
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains reception desk.
- Handles petty cash occasionally
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any business course
- 1 Year
- Customer care
