Position: Outbound Sales Agents
Reporting to: Team Leader
Position Summary:- The Outbound Sales Agent’s role will include calling previous or existing customers and selling them the various products by establishing relationships and building a great rapport and finally getting that sale.
You will be in a target driven environment and up selling to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact designated clients with a target to enroll them in the program / Service.
- Increase sales by enrolling designated customers.
- Maintain customer experience levels within the quality standards stipulated.
- Handle objections by building rapport with customers.
- Record customer information and queries on the CRM.
- Adhere to Data Protection policy with regards to confidentiality of customer details.
- Adhere to escalation process as defined.
- Handle complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Patiently listens and responds to customer queries.
- Understand and adhere to the escalation process.
Education and Experience
- Tertiary Education (Bachelors degree/College Diploma/ Certificate)
- 1-2 years work experience in a Sales environment (Technical sales will be advantageous)
- Fluent in English with a clear accent (American/ British accent will be an added advantage).
- Computer literate and Proficiency in MS office
- Experience in telemarketing is an added advantage (Call center experience)
