Our client, a fully integrated Communications Agency is looking to fill the position of Senior Accounts Director to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. 

The successful candidate MUST have agency experience with hands on senior account leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies.


• Tracking sales data and maintaining promotional materials inventory.


• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.


• Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.


• Liaise with media and advertising agencies.


• Benchmark and understand market best practices.


• Design and implement policies by establishing standards and procedures and measure results against standards.


• Accountable for all ATL, BTL and TTL activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.


• Must have a minimum of 7 + years’ experience as a marketing manager.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 450,000 - 500,000/= (Approx. 4,500 - 5,000 USD) depending on experience
