Job Vacancy: Production Co-ordinator

Our client a manufacturer and distributor of quality PVC Cables and Super Enameled Copper Winding Wire, is seeking to recruit a Production Co-ordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall co-ordination of Plant Operations


• Ensure constant and ample availability of Raw Materials, Tools, Spares & Consumables and coordinate with the Procurement Department for new imports/purchases


• Improve & Maintain efficiency of Production


• Maximize output of each employee with due consideration to their welfare


• Regular & timely reconciliation of Material consumption with the Finance Department


• Record & Maintain proper Production Data & Parameters


• Monitor Quality Control procedures


• Oversee/Maintain adequate stock of finished products


• Oversee/Ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods for both Domestic and Up-country customers


• Oversee/Ensure routine preventive maintenance and record keeping of all machines


• Monitor/control of wastage/scrap of raw material and keeping record


• Monitor/control on pilferage of raw material and finished goods

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering


• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Production Coordinator
