Job Title: SCM Executive
Department: Supply Chain
Direct report: Supply Chain Head of Department
Interface with: Quality Control, Finished Goods Stores, Sales
Supervises: None
Job Purpose: To ensure customer orders are followed up for execution after production planning, review status of necessary inputs for customer products availability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review of pending orders from the Secura customer wise.
- Generating demands for the shortage of material (All consumables, MB, RM, packaging material)
- Follow up of the shortage material from ordering to receipt
- Responsible to communicate with the planner for production planning and prioritize the requirements
- Follow up of production planning with the planner to meet the customer requirement
- Verification of plan vs achieved in the production shop
- Communicating with the sales team on the progress of the production and stocks
- Responsible for the stocks in relevant to the customers they handle
- Responsible for following up the dispatch team and see that the customer receives the material in time
- Responsible for communicating any details required by the sales teams
- Responsible to update the stocks on a daily basis
- Any other additional duties as and when it’s discussed and added.
Candidate Specific
Academic Qualifications
- At least high school education or equivalent.
- Relevant training in administration or business related course.
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a busy logistics environment
- Relating with drivers, turn boys and general unskilled workers
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills
- Independent, can work with minimum supervision.
Other: Certificate of Good Conduct from police CID
