Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Direct report: Sales Head of Department
Interface with: Finished Goods Store, Consumable Store, Quality Control, Production, Dispatch, Accounts
Supervises: None
Job Purpose: Presenting, promoting and selling products / services to our existing and prospective customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Order Receiving
- Communication with customers (Email, Phone calls)
- To email daily delivery mails to Total, Shell, Libya Oil and Pwani (as & when req)
- To enter the Sales orders in system (as & when req)
- Folloup with stores
- Overseeing sales department activities
- Liaising with supply chain and Production Planning
- To send mails for LPO acknowledgment to customers
- To inform the concerned about the daily LPO record with items
- Customer enquires and quotation (as & when req)
- Creation of product codes in system (as & when req)
- Making of credit notes after the NCR is approved by directors
- Maintaining Kapa balances file (for woven sacks, etc)
- Making of daily delivery list as per the available LPO and stocks
- Any other duties
Candidate Specific
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in sales or any other related business course, any higher qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 3 years working in a sales environment
- Experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and handling.
- Good in MS office use and internet.
- Independent, can work with minimum supervision.
Other: Certificate of Good Conduct from police CID
