With expertise in the following thematic areas;

• Research and statistics


• Disaster risk reduction


• Gender and development


• Humanitarian, peace and security


• Institutional capacity assessment


• Public health


• Agriculture, Livestock and animal health


• Water and sanitation (WASH)


• Water resources, rangeland drought cycle management


• Program assessment and evaluation studies


• Governance, policy making support and institutional strengthening

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s university degree in diverse areas of expertise listed or other related fields.


• Additional professional training will be an added advantage.


• Extensive technical knowledge relevant to the thematic areas


• Significant experience in research, monitoring and evaluation field, preferably NGO sector.


• Extensive experience working with government structures at national and county levels


• Proven ability to communicate research findings clearly and concisely to non-researchers.


• Ability to manage projects and deadlines.


• Five (5) years’ experience in related thematic areas.


• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.


• Experience in Capacity building and development is an added advantage
