Mhasibu Sacco was registered 29 years ago spearheaded by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) as driven by the need to provide Savings and Credit facilities to its members
 

In order to achieve the planned growth, the Sacco is looking for a qualified and competent professional to fill the following vacancies:

Sales Representatives

Ref No. SR/HRO-01/2016

Location: Nairobi (2), Mombasa (1), Eldoret (1) and Nakuru (1)

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Executive
   

 

Purpose of Job: The successful candidate will assist the Sacco achieve set targets in terms of membership growth, maximizing sales profitability, selling of the company’s products and/or related services.
 

Overall Responsibilities:
 

The overall responsibility of the sales representative is to:

• Recruit new members as per set targets


• Grow sales through sales and marketing of Sacco products


• Identify market and develop ways of entry into the market


• Take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns within the regions


• Give sales presentation to the clients


• Implement sales plans


• Organize  sales visits


• Attend  relevant  trade exhibitions and meetings to recruit members

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in sales and or marketing


• 2 years and above relevant experience. Prior experience and exposure in the Sacco industry will be an added advantage

Competencies

• Excellent organization skills


• Show initiative and work with minimum supervision


• Good presentation skills


• Working experience and skill in computer application packages


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for details


• Upholding sound ethical standards,  high degree of integrity and honesty
