following vacant position:
Procurement Clerk
UNES/PROC/ CLK/03/16
(One Position)
(3 Yrs Contract)
The Procurement Clerk shall report to the Procurement Assistant
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist in floating and sourcing for quotations
- Assist in analysis of quotations
- Filing of procurement correspondents and documents
- Recording and collating of documents
Job Specification
- A Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies from a recognized institution preferably from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies.
- At least one year relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure without supervision
- Computer literate
