Sports Club Marketing Executive Job in Kenya

Our client a Sports Club is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join in their team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.


• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships through market visits.


• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.


• Liaising with Advertising agency, print house, and photographers.


• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.


• Maintaining and updating customer databases.


• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.


• Sourcing and securing sponsorship.


• Assisting in conducting market research.


• Assisting in developing, marketing plans and strategies.


• Managing budgets.


• Reporting and evaluating marketing campaigns.


• Monitoring competitor activity.


• Monitoring performance and managing running campaigns on various medians whether ATL or BTL, in addition to social media day to day communication.


• Supporting the marketing manager and other departments especially sales.

Requirements

• A degree in business related field


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing of Hospitality industry


• Excellent Communication skills ;outspoken; self –confident
