Applications are invited from suitably qualified Kenyan nationals for the following position:
Job Title: Systems Director
Location: Nairobi with regular travel to the field
Duration: Two (2) Years
Job Summary: The incumbent will ensure that Concern Kenya has a robust, compliant and integrated system that effectively and efficiently delivers support services to enable programmatic objectives to be achieved.
This will entail management of the following departments; Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Logistics including transport and IT.
The Systems Director will be a member of the Kenya Senior Management Team and will contribute to the implementation of the Country Strategic Plan, its growth and development.
Job Specification:
- A masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Operations Management, HR, Administration or related field
- At least seven years’ experience in a senior operations management and leadership role managing operations specialists teams in Finance, HR/Administration and Logistics.
- Proven competence in resource planning, budget management, donor grants compliance requirements, tendering and contract management
