Position: Loader

Location: Nairobi
Contract type: 3-month contract renewable based on need and performance
Essential Criteria
- Preferable age bracket - Between 25 – 30 years
Academic qualifications: A minimum KCSE mean grade C plain
Certifications:
Job Specification: Load, unload and move products / materials within the respective designated storage / work site, performing any combination of following duties: reads work order, follow oral and written instructions to ascertain products to be moved and precise location of the end point or storage.
Skills Required
- High level of integrity - behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner, showing consistency in words and actions and modeling high ethical standards.
- Must have a professional appearance i.e. clean, neat and smartly dressed
- Physically fit – fit enough to walk, stand, climb, bend, reach, grasp, push, pull, lift objects and perform repetitive arm movements.
- Good communication skills and reading comprehension – ability to understand work related documents.
- Flexible, able and willing to travel to designated regions
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Quality customer and service oriented
Remuneration & Benefit
- Monthly gross salary Kshs. 13,605.88
- Monthly CSI incentive pay
- Overtime pay
