Our client, a leading manufacturing company that specializes in tile adhesives is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct distribution of product or service. 


• Understand market and develop strategies to improve existing sales numbers.


• Develop and follow up on business leads.


• Direct email, and call and perform other lead generation activities.


• Manage customer accounts.


• Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives.


• Set sales quotas and develop scripts.


• Maintain contact with dealers and distributors.


• Analyze sales statistics gathered by the organization to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers" preferences.


• Ensure customer satisfaction.


• Travel to different locations to create sales.


• Attend and preside over sales meetings.


• Generate numbers for company to determine if sales goals have been met.


• Develop motivational material.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or in any business-related course from a recognized learning institution


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of tile adhesives.


• Good communication skills


• Strong business acumen
