A company in Kwale is seeking highly qualified and suitable candidates to engage in a six months contract for the aforementioned positions:
 

Cogen Engineer

1 Position
 

Duties

• To Implement Preventive Maintenance and predictive maintenance in Cogen Section.


• To coordinate with Cogen Section Staff for Daily operation activities.


• To review daily operation efficiencies and identify bottlenecks.


• To keep spare and stand by machinery in healthy condition.


• Ensure the adaptation of Operation Procedures and Maintenance Practices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience of Operation and Maintenance of High Pressure Boilers, Turbines and BOP.


• Good Knowledge of standard Operating & Maintenance practices & should have the capability to understand the behavior of equipment’s under different conditions.

Mill House Fitter

3 Positions
 

Duties

• Operation and Maintenance of Mill equipment

Qualifications

• Technician-Mechanical


• 3-4 years’ experience preferably in sugar industry

Shift Chemist

2 Positions
 

Duties

• Supervise shift operation.


• Coordinate with shift staff.


• Maintain Process Parameters.


• Achieve Targeted Production with targeted efficiencies.

Qualifications

• BSc. in Sugar Technology or/any related course


• 3-4 years’ experience preferably in sugar industry

Lab attendant

1 position
 

Duties

• Preparation of Daily Manufacturing Reports, Stock Taking and MIS Reports

Qualifications

• BSc. In Sugar Technology or/any related course


• 3-4 years’ experience preferably in sugar industry
