A Luxury Automotive Brand is looking for a Senior Sales Executive, for its retail operations.
The fundamental job role is to act as a Brand Ambassador, who will contact, provide advice and support to customers throughout the Sales process chain.
Entry level: Professional
Location: Nairobi
Candidate must be an experienced professional, with a proven track record of sales and detailed understanding of the lifestyle and the decision making processes of the luxury Brand’s target group.
Notably, the job role shall report to the Sales Manager / Director with the responsibility to implement and comply with the Brand’s Standards, provide outstanding Customer Care Services and to achieve the annual Sales targets.
Other responsibilities to include:
- Building long-term recurring relationships with the Customer Base through own sales techniques, product knowledge and suggestive selling,
- Developing problem solving techniques to handle Customer issues,
- Maintaining professional relationships with Customers and Colleagues,
- Assisting in loss prevention through awareness and attention to detail,
- Demonstration of ability to merchandise using Brand Standards, Directives and Policies,
- Completing Daily Assignments such as maintaining presentable Sales floor and stock room in accordance with the Brand Standards an organization of the Store/ Showroom,
- Proficiency in human relations with Clientele,
- Preparation and participation in physical Inventory and cycle counts,
- Aptitude in the use of all contact methods with focus on the target groups of the Brand,
- Willingness to utilise the Brand Standards and instruments, implementation of laid out Sales processes and using organizational skills to manage such processes and,
- Propensity in approaching prospects / customers and actively engagement in enhancement of networking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. College/ University Degree or equivalent shall be advantageous
- Committed to excellence – quality driven
- Customer Service and Sales oriented
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a high-end luxury retail sales environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in Marketing topics
- IT user competence.
