Consultancy - Strategic Plan Development Proposal
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa (HiH EA) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Kenya and a member of the Hand in Hand global network whose vision is to alleviate poverty through enterprise development and job creation.
HiH EA’s mandate is to work within the Eastern Africa region and is currently working in Kenya, establishing operations in Tanzania and intending to gradually expand to the other Eastern Africa countries.
HiH EA is seeking a consultant to facilitate the general process of developing its strategic plan.
The consultant will work at various stages with the board, management and representatives of staffs within the implementing units.
The process is scheduled to take place within a period of approximately 3 months to enable preparations for execution to be in place before 2018.
The following are envisaged activities and outcomes to assist in the submitting proposal.
How to Apply
Interested consultants may submit their proposals, including a verifiable costing for the assignment to the Chief Executive Officer, Hand in Hand Eastern Africa, expressing their interest to carry out the facilitation and delivery of the strategic plan document for 2018-2022 period out of an inclusive process and within the proposed timelines.
