A well established and vibrant housing cooperative based in Thika wants to recruit a Marketing Manager. 

Our core business is buying and selling of plots. 

The duties include the following

• Will be reporting to the management committee


• Will be responsible for reviewing and formulating policy procedures for the cooperative


• Will be directing and supervising the administration of land purchases, marketing and sale of plots


• Preparation of the cooperative business plans and budgets


• Giving prudent financial advice to the cooperative

Qualifications

• Bcom marketing option


• Computer literacy


• Excellent communication skills both oral and written


• Practical knowledge in real estate business will be an added advantage.


• Strong Personality.

Salary: Kshs: 40,000 - 50,000
