Re-Advertisement: Our client, the Mombasa Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited (Mombasa Water) is seeking to recruit exceptional leaders and forward thinkers to help drive the transformation of the Company towards realization of its vision and implementation of the water sector reforms in Mombasa County.
To this end, Mombasa Water seeks to fill the following senior management positions based in Mombasa:
General Manager, Finance
The General Manager Finance will report directly to the Managing Director, Mombasa Water.
S/he will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective financial decision making support to the Company and its management, and oversee the development and execution of an effective financial strategy that will ensure optimal returns on investments in and by the business.
The position will ensure that the company is financially sound.
General Manager, Human Capital and Administration
The General Manager Human Capital and Administration will report directly to the Managing Director, Mombasa Water.
S/he will be responsible for developing and executing human resource and administration strategies including acquisition, talent management, performance management, change management, compensation and benefits, employee relations; and administration to achieve Mombasa Water’s corporate objectives.
