Vacancy: Monitoring, Verification & Reporting Manager
 

International Business and Technical Consultants Inc. (IBTCI) is seeking a Kenyan national to support the Somalia Program Support Services (SPSS) activity in managing activity-level monitoring and verification of USAID implementing partners’ activities in Somalia.
 

This is a full-time position, based in Nairobi with occasional travel to Somalia. Minimum requirements:

• Graduate degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, International Development etc. with over seven years of international experience in the management, monitoring and evaluation of development programs


• Knowledge of relevant USAID rules and regulations related to monitoring and verification activities and approaches


• Experience in mobile data collection platforms and processes


• Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail.


• Excellent English, oral and written


• Strong relationship management skills, including with USAID or other donor agencies


• Experience of working in Somalia or other fragile states an added advantage
