A leading Hotel based at the South Coast Diani is looking to fill the following positions;
 

1. Sales & Marketing Manager (Based in Nairobi)

• This is a senior position and the successful candidate will be accountable for promoting the total sales & marketing of the Hotel. This includes the positioning of the brand and the generation of all revenue consistent with the company’s objectives.


• Developing and implementing the sales & marketing strategies for the Hotel in line with company’s objectives.


• The position is strongly involved with building and maintaining key customer relationship and takes an active role as the Hotel brand ambassador.

 

Training and experience required;

• A Masters Degree in Marketing from a reputable University.


• Minimum of 8 years as Sales & Marketing Manager in the Hotel Industry in a 4 Star or above Hotel

Age: 35 - 40 years

2. Front Office Manager

• This is a senior position and the successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring smooth and effective operations of the Front Office sections to ensure effective service delivery in all sections of Front Office


• The Front Office Manager will ensure total Guest focus throughout the front office circle.

Training and experience required;

• A minimum of Diploma in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College. Holders of Degree, Hotel Management are encouraged to apply.


• Minimum of 8 years as Front Office Manager in a 4 Star or above Hotel

Age: 35 - 45 years

3. Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technician

• Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of mechanism and control systems on coolers, chillers and cold rooms.


• Outstanding experience and expertise in maintenance and installation work on cooler, chillers and cold rooms

Training and experience required;

• A minimum of Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Condition from a recognized Technical College.


• Minimum of 5 years as Refrigeration and Air-condition Technician in a 4 Star or above Hotel
