What you will do
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Participate with other staff on working groups outside of the project scope
- Support in business development and sales activities in engaging with external stakeholders and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, calls and site visits
- Conduct research on different strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present business plans along with overall strategy for every initiative
- Coordinate interactions and ensure to streamline stakeholders, cross functional teams and Senior Management teams
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional office environment coordinating basic projects, performing complex scheduling and writing correspondence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Extremely organized.
- Able to work as a team member and participate in a positive manner toward achieving the mission of the division.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, and as part of a team.
- Comfort with quantitative data, budgets and financial information.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong expertise working with Trello/Asana/Jira
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II/SCRUM certification is a plus
