Job Details
- End to end Organization Design planning and implementation for the realization of an effective companywide organization model, evidently supported by clear organization structures, job responsibilities and competencies that align to the business strategy of the organization
- Effectiveness of manpower planning and robust hiring systems (policies, processes, and tools) in attracting and selecting people with competitive attributes and skills.
- Embed a performance (result–oriented) culture throughout the Company, evidently driven by suitable performance management, recognition & reward systems (policies, processes, and tools) and leadership development programs.
- Minimization of knowledge and skills gaps evidently supported by robust Talent Development and retention strategies and systems that are effective in mitigating impact of high staff turnover driven by an increasingly competitive Talent environment.
- Quality of leadership experienced within the Talent Management unit which translates into a conducive work environment and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.

Relevant Experience
Minimum of five years relevant experience in a Senior Human Resources Management role.
