PHOGO MEDIA SERVICES is an upcoming media house located in Nairobi. We are looking for growth-oriented individuals to fill in the position of HEAD OF SALES FOR BOTH RADIO AND TV



  • Minimum Qualification: Certificate

  • Experience Level: Operational level

Job Description/Requirements


Roles and responsibilities 



  • Develop and implement the PMS Media sales strategy

  • Manage a team of salespeople

  • Act as the senior client facing sales representative

  • Develop account management strategies for broadcasters

  • Make sales for both TV and radio 

  • Develop media property 


The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:



  • Leadership and relationship management

  • Business development and research interpolation 

  • Selling and negotiating skills 

  • Strategic thinking  with Commercial acumen

  • Extensive knowledge of the advertisers 

  • Communication and presentation skills


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE



  • Extensive knowledge of advertisers 

  • 1-2 years of marketing preferably in broadcast media house 

  • Extensive experience in programme and format sales.

  • Substantial experience in a management role with P&L responsibility

  • Networking with agencies and direct clients.
