Position: Customer & Office Executive
The job reports to the Finance & Shared Services Manager.
 Main Purpose of the Job: Ensuring customer excellence and carrying out administrative tasks, while ensuring administration of Head Office matters and Information management, this position bet-fit requirements as follows:-
 
Ensuring office operational excellence through flawless management of diary, office services and office informationManaging and assisting customers both face to face and online and managing all enquiries and ensuring follow-up and throughputManaging office key documents which include monthly reports on petty cash, passbooks, marketing materials and receipts including other general servicesEnsuring preparation of company information and records i.e office documents, presentations etc including ensuring safe custody and easy retrievalIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in management while implementing change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and cultureArranging both in-house and external eventsEnhancing high standards of health and safety while ensuring relevant material availability, storage and issuance and supervising third partySelling & marketing company products & solutions as per set targetsTransactional aspects of accounting which include general bookkeeping, managing of petty cash and preparing staff payrollFollow up on payments for products & solutions offered to clientsEnsuring routine compliance and up to date billing and payments, including display of required office and business license and maintain up to date approved contracts for the businessService Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Quality and timely data input and informationJob Skills Customer Service Management Time Management skills Communication skills Interpersonal skills Change management Information management Fluency in IT packages and applications Book keeping skillsCustomer Focus, Accountability, Candid, Win-win partnershipsDiploma in business administration or equivalentAt-least 1 year relevant experienceOnly qualifying candidates to apply to Business Partner Consulting - (BPC Africa)
