Pioneers Training Institute seeks to recruit a highly professional and diligent Food and Beverage Trainer / Tutor. The position is responsible for tutoring catering students at the school of catering.  The individual is charged with ensuring that the students are well trained to meet and exceed the set standards.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTraining at the School of CateringCreatively teaching the assigned subjects for 1st and 2nd year students. This is both theory and practical lessonsPrepare students for attachment.Assist students source for attachment places to gain experienceSupervise the students during their attachment periodRegister the students for the KNEC & ICM  exams when they are due.Organize for extracurricular activities for the students  Provide guidance for the students on spiritual mattersParticipate in the organization’s other programmes e.g. medical camps, sports extravaganzas,    Participate in the morning devotions with the staff members and studentsPrepare necessary schedules for the department to work efficiently.The individual must possess a diploma or advanced certificate in catering and housekeeping/ Institution management and a KTTC certificate in technical education.   
In addition they should be Mature Christian, diligent, honest and responsible with strong leadership skills.  
They should be able to work well in a team requiring diverse skill levels.Be organized and good planner.  
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position as a tutor

Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Internal Auditor manager, the holder of this position will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring that the risk management, internal controls and governance processes of the Company are effective.

Specifically, She/he will be responsible for:-

Implementation of internal audit strategies, policies and procedures.Risk assessment and drafting of the annual internal audit plan.Conducting of preliminary surveys and preparation of audit engagement plans.Carrying out audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of risk management and the adequacy of internal controls using the risk based approach.Supervisory review of audit working papers and drafting of internal audit reports.Carrying out special audits or investigations as may be required from time to time.Follow up reviews and assess implementation of management action plans to address internal control deficiencies.Qualifications and Competencies
