Two Positions
This position reports to the Project Coordinator- TCB for all activities and communications related to the project and supports the TCB/OVC projects to promote community curative and preventive health activities in liaison with the Project Social Workers and Health Referral Centres to ensure quality health to enrolled OVC families.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
KECHN/KRCHN with two years experience in hospital or community nursing.Basic HIV/AIDS counseling knowledge and skills.Demonstrated community involvement related to HIV/ART, is highly desirable.Desire to see effective care delivered to those suffering from HIV/AIDS.These community nursing positions also require individuals with good communication and personal skills, a clinical nursing background, a willingness to interact with diverse members of the community, and a heart for the poor and HIV infected.
