Operations Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Management of a large guard force and alarms administrationOrganizing tasks and overseeing effective supervisionVisit incident scenes, investigation and compilation of detailed reportsConduct security surveys and design appropriate assignment instructionsCarrying out intelligence threat assessmentClient liaisonCoordinating with law enforcement agencies in solving crimeUniversity graduate preferably in social sciences.Diploma in security management will be an added advantageSecurity background preferably in the disciplined forces at a senior level with not less than 10 years experienceProven experience in organizational and administrative dutiesBe computer literateHave good communication and report writing skillsHave good leadership and decision making skills.Ability to motivate and willing to work for long hoursCustomer Care Representative

Main duties and Responsibilities
Carry out regular client visits to establish level of customer satisfaction and address concerns raisedCarry out customer’s opinion surveys, analyze data collected and prepare monthly reports.Maintenance of customers visits schedules and account resolution recordsPrepare, deliver and collect signed service contracts from clientsUpdate customer data and maintain client files.Identify opportunities to cross and up sell to existing clientsBuild and Maintain Customer Relationship with various clienteles.Timely response to clients’ queries.University graduate preferably in social sciences3 years sales experience in a similar organizationResults oriented individual willing to work long hoursBe computer literateHave good communication skillsRadio Controllers

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Manning a busy radio communication Control RoomAppropriate dispatch of alarm response teams and record movementLogging of alarm communicationClient liaison and maintaining detailed report entries in the OBEducation: University graduate or a diploma in information technologyPrevious experience in a busy communication centreExcellent communication, listening skills and keen eyes for details.Ability to motivate and willing to work for long hours without supervision.Investigation Officer

Minimum Requirements

University graduate preferably in criminology specializing in forensic investigations.Security background preferably in the disciplined forces at a senior level with not less than 5 years experienceProven experience in investigating fraud and attending to scenes of crime and preparing appropriate reportsProven experience dealing with the Police and other security agents on various investigationsTo carry out surveys for installation of electronic security systems.
To carry out installation, service and maintenance of electronic security systems.To handle technical complaints from clients.To prepare detailed technical report after attending incident scenesDiploma in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication3 years experience in a similar positionExcellent communication and grooming skillsAbility to quickly adapt to a demanding environmentCurrent driving and motorcycle license will be an added advantageWorkshop Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Routine inspection and maintenance of the fleet of vehiclesPrepare, co-ordinate and manage vehicle fleet budgetAssist in the recruitment and duty assignment of mechanicsEnsure all vehicles are serviced as per scheduleEnsure that vehicles are kept clean and in good state of repairLiaising with the purchasing department and advising on purchases of appropriate spare partsAssessment of accident damage costs and dealing with insurance claimsUniversity graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
