Reporting to the MD, the Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality, cost effective and timely production (stitching, printing and embroidery) of promotional material.

The Production Manager will lead a production team of about two hundred people.

The position requires skill and experience as well as maturity and strategic thinking.

Required skills and qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in manufacturing, textiles, textile engineering, printing or any related fieldStrong leadership, management and communication skillsTechnical skills - stitching, embroidery, printing5 years experience as a production manager (or equivalent) in a similar work environmentFlexibility and the ability to work within strict deadlinesExcellent organization, planning and analytical skillsHow to apply
